    Monday musings: November 23, 2009

Well, I guess we’ve gained a bit of ground toward health care reform. The Senate bill passed the crucial vote and is now going to the floor for, gasp!, debate. I’m puzzled by those who would have prevented this ultimate expression of the democratic process: debate in an open forum.

Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park: A photographers delight

You just can’t have a better day as a photographer than wandering through the beautiful Conservatory of Flowers in San Franciso’s famed Golden Gate Park. On my trips to the Bay Area, any chance to get into the city and make a stop here with digital camera in hand is always both interesting and produces some real ‘keepers’ to upload to the Kodak Gallery.
