It’s time for Americans to take their food back from the corporations, nutritionistas and - to a lesser extent, the government. Get it out of the factory farm mode. Back to sustainable models of real food - the food that fed our grandparents, without the fake, the toxic, the dangerous and the deadly. Let’s shed the weight and related health problems by shedding the fake diets, learning to eat good food in modest quantities, while incorporating a reasonable amount of exercise into each day.
