BBQ brisket will be your new favorite
Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 16:58 In this post, the folks at Cook’s Illustrated show you how to do a moist, tender and flavorful beef brisket - on the outdoor BBQ. I love brisket. It’s a relatively inexpensive cut of meat that goes a long way in flavor. Every St. Patrick’s Day I make a corned BBQ’s brisket rather than the standard boiled corned beef brisket - served up with a lot of great BBQ sauce! I can’t make enough - everybody wants seconds and thirds plus leftovers!
I understand that not everybody has the time for this approach or the weather isn’t cooperating, and when I don’t, I’ll ‘boil’ the brisket inside and then put it on the grill or in the kitchen oven for the slow roasted finish.
