My twist on a favorite: BBQ Corned Beef for St. Patrick's Day
Monday, March 15, 2010 at 21:13 I’ve been making this on St. Paddy’s day forever - since everybody loves it so much they won’t consider anything else. I’ve also been warned more than once to make lots, since it’s wonderful for sandwichs.
The sweet smoky-ness of BBQ seems to fit perfectly with corned beef. There are several ways to go about this recipe.
